Big News — Economics with Dr. A is Evolving

I have some exciting news to share. Economics with Dr. A is growing up.
Over the past few years, I’ve loved writing to you under my personal brand, sharing my thoughts on how economics connects to our daily lives. But as I’ve grown in my career, I’ve realized that the “Dr. A” label, while personal and familiar, can also be limiting.
I want to build something bigger. Something that’s less about me, and more about the mission we all care about: making economics understandable, relevant, and useful for everyone.
That’s why I’m launching Decode Econ.
Decode Econ is a professional platform dedicated to breaking down complex economic ideas, exploring data, and connecting the dots between policy and personal impact.
Decode Econ will:
Bring in more voices and collaborators who are committed to improving economic understanding
Allow for a broader range of perspectives and expertise
Create a space that feels less like “my newsletter” and more like “our community.”
What this means for you:
Economics with Dr. A isn’t disappearing. This newsletter will serve as a platform for occasional updates and more personal notes. But the bulk of my economic commentary, analysis, and deep dives will now be published at Decode Econ.
