Happy New Year!
Last week, I shared with you my 3x3 framework for planning my 2022 goals. A comment left on that post by my friend John got my wheels turning. He shared this article as a comment to the post. In short, the article suggests that before you go on planning for 2022, end this year intentionally. To help get you thinking, the article provides you with 10 questions to ask yourself. As a fan of reflection, I found the article insightful.
10. If you could go back to last January 1, what suggestions would you give your past self?
As we enter into 2022, I have been reflecting on my YouTube journey. I am looking to make some changes this year, but it is important to recall where we were on January 1, 2021.

2022 YouTube Changes
The tagline of my channel is “Learn Economics to improve Your Life”. I have found that videos that focus on professional development and improving lives of 18-25 year olds perform better. As professor, advisor, and mentor, this is the age group that I work with the most. It makes sense to focus on my efforts on the concerns and interest of this age group. So for 2022, I will discuss professional development and personal growth topics that I wish I had known in my 20’s or things that I learned that helped improve my life.
